Report regarding the Motherhood program for single mother Mamanet players During Covid 19
Spread the love:

The report’s findings demonstrate the efficiency of the Motherhhod program for single mother Mamanet players. The mothers’ feelings that someone was seeing them and thinking of them, worrying about them and supporting them, led to a diminishing of the sense of loneliness characterizing many single mothers. This finding is particularly significant in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, characterized by isolation and social distancing. The program assisted the mothers in being physically active on a regular basis, investing time and effort in leisure activity and adopting healthy habits, above and beyond caring for their children and worrying about their families. The creation of a community, enabled by the program, was a meaningful contribution. The findings point at the importance of the program continuing on a permanent basis.
